Access

By car or coach

• A9 motorway, Bex exit, follow for Bex, then follow the brown tourism signs "Les Mines de Sel".
• A large free car park, also for coaches, is available close to the departure point of the tour. 

 

By public transport from Bex station (Caution: limited accessibility):

Direct connection:

• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as Fasting Mondays: TPC bus, line 153, stop "Bex, Mines de Sel".

On foot and/oder public transport from Bex station

• 25-minute walk: From Bex SBB station to "Les Dévens" stop

1. TPC bus, line 153, "Les Dévens" stop. From this stop, Les Mines can be reached on foot by following the yellow footpath signs towards "Le Bouillet" for 1.3 km and 115 m of ascent.
2. TPC bus, line 119, "Les Dévens" stop, then 25 min walk uphill, by reservation via the TPC Mobile app or by phone (+41 24 468 05 50).

• 50 minutes walk: take the BVB train, line 127, to the "Bévieux" stop. From this stop, the Mines are accessible on foot by following the yellow pedestrian signs in the direction of the "Mines de Sel" for 2.8 km.
• 75 minutes walk: the Mines are accessible following the yellow pedestrian signs in the direction of "Le Bouillet" for 4,6 km.
